We are writing you this letter because we wanted you to know how grateful we are for all the help you have given us. Before we found you, we were in need of so much help. We tried purchasing a home and had been
approved through Countrywide. Everything was going great with no problems whatsoever, but then, toward the closing of the purchase, Countrywide decided that we were not qualified anymore because of our income.
